When we started migrating content from Loudr to Soundrop, we moved user accounts that had albums first. Over the week of 2/20 we imported over "payee-contributor" accounts, or accounts that are set up specifically for revenue splits / payouts from albums that are managed by other users. These look similar to regular distribution accounts, but don't allow for adding new content or making edits to titles that were already distributed.
If you have multiple accounts (either other contributor or distribution accounts), you may switch between them by clicking on the gear next to your name in the bottom left corner. Payee-contributor accounts will display "Soundrop" under the name on the Switch Accounts page.
If you don't have multiple accounts and would like to add a distribution account (for releasing your own content), you may do so by clicking "Upgrade Account". This will create a new distribution account which can be accessed by switching accounts, or logging out and logging back in.
You'll see albums that you've receiving revenue from inside "Assets". Please note: some track-only splits may not yet show in your account, but will show on your sales report.
If you were set up for revenue splits on a title, but don't see it listed under "Assets" in your new account, please get in touch with us to confirm that your revenue splits are in place. Click "Submit a Request" and send us the following information:
album / track title:
email address of Loudr account:
email address of Soundrop account:
We'll be happy to look into it for you!
